Comments on: "Not Your Typical Book About Gratitude" (1)

  1. I recently became a strong proponent of Ayurveda, and ancient philosophy of health. It is very interesting to me how there are common threads among all the various ideas of healthy living. One of these is gratitude. One of my mentors suggested I start a Gratitude Journal. The idea is to enter something into the journal each night that I am grateful for. It certainly has made a difference, even though I got out of the habit. So today I am grateful that I found your blog, it reminded me to write in my Gratitude Journal!
